Do you have a physical shop?

We do not have a physical shop. Our head office is located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and we are able to accept pick ups. Pleases email us at contact@allthefeels.com.au  for more information.

Can you deliver to PO Box/Parcel Lockers?

Yes we can deliver to PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses.

Can you deliver to a business address?

Yes we can deliver to a business address, please ensure that the company name is listed in the relevant field at checkout.

What happens if I listed the wrong delivery address?

Please ensure that the correct address is listed on your confirmation email to ensure your order is not delayed. If you notice an error please email contact@allthefeels.com.au as soon as possible to advise of the error. Should ATF be notified after your order is processed there may be an additional shipping charge payable.

How do I know if my order has been sent?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed and sent. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking number is missing please contact us to request the details. Please note that sometimes the tracking links can take a few hours to update. 

What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?

Most parcels will be left in a safe place if you are not home to receive your delivery. In some cases the delivery partner will leave a calling card with further instructions on how to collect your parcel. 

Where is my order?

If you are concerned that your order is taking too long we suggest you first check your tracking and then contact the delivery partner (such as Australia Post or Sendle) to request further information. Should you be unable to obtain the information from the delivery partner please contact us for assistance. 

My order was not delivered or it has been returned to sender

If an incorrect or incomplete address address is listed at checkout and your parcel is unable to be delivered and returned to ATF you will receive an invoice for a discounted postage rate before your order can be attempted to be delivered again.



What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after submitting your order. If you do not receive an email please contact us.

I tried to place an order but it didn’t work

How do I use a discount code or gift voucher?

A discount code or gift voucher can be entered at checkout prior to payment. If you are processing an order on a mobile device you will need to click the 'show order summary' dropdown at the top of the page to locate the discount code field. 

Can I use more than 1 discount code?

Our system is unable to process more than 1 discount code on an order. Gift vouchers are able to be used in conjunction with discount codes.

I forgot to use a discount code, can you refund the discounted amount?

Sorry, we are unable to process any partial refunds after an order is placed.

Do you offer preorders?

Yes we do offer preorders on certain items. If the item you are after is out of stock please contact us and we will let you know if there are more in their way and if a preorder is available.

We will do our best to provide a delivery timeframe for all preorders however cannot guarantee delivery times.

Can you special order a product from a brand you stock?

Some of our brands allow us to place orders for certain products that we normally do not stock. Please contact us and we will see what we can do! There are strictly no returns on special orders.

How do I return an item?

Please review our returns policy and send an email to contact@allthefeels.com.au listing your order number, the items you would like to return and the reason. You will then be provided with further instructions on how to return your item.

How long will it take for me to receive a refund?

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return at head office.
