Currently taking bookings for rooftop shoots. Rooftop locations available for Melbourne CBD/Docklands. 

Availability most Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Please email Jess after placing purchasing your package to lock in a date and location.

Styling excludes shoes, hair and makeup. Hair and makeup will need to be done prior to your arrival at the studio.


A $100 fee will be held if you are unable to attend your scheduled shoot.

In order to avoid the cancellation fee it is suggested that you try and find someone to take over your spot.


If you are looking to reschedule your shoot and are unable to find someone to take over your original booking an additional $100 payment will be required to secure your new booking. 

How to book:

- Add a session to your cart and check-out
- Email to lock in a date/time/location for your shoot
- Payment is required in full up front
- You will be emailed a photography contract to confirm your booking along with all my shoot guides and my styling guide with all the outfits available for hire

All delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from the day your shipping confirmation email is received.  Our delivery partners are still experiencing some delays in delivering you orders due to an increased volume and limited flights. We thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

Once your order is handed over to our delivery partners the delivery time frames are out of our control. A tracking number will be provided to you so you will be able to track your order. Please contact the shipping company for any updates once shipped.

Please note that ALL THE FEELS will not be liable for any duties/taxes or shipping charges incurred by delivery, unclaimed items or refused delivery. We are also unable to refund postage costs. 


Returns Policy

ALL SALE STOCK is final sale and is not able to be returned. SALE STOCK includes any items that are discounted or sold under its RRP price. This includes using any discount codes, flash sales, or other promotions

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be in its original unused condition
  • be unwashed and without scent
  • have the original returns tag still attached
  • if a hygiene sticker is placed on the item it must be in its original position 

Please note that gift cards/vouchers are non refundable and are only valid until the expiry date noted. Postage will also not be refunded. 

Returns will only be accepted if a return request has been authorised via email first. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed. 

How do I return an item?

Send us an email at with your order number, the item you would like to return and the reason why you would like to return it. We will then advise if your return request has been accepted.

If accepted please return your item as soon as possible. Should your return be received 21 days or more after your initial email we reserve the right to decline your return.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale items

Unfortunately sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit. 


You may exchange any item as long as it meets the returns policy above. Store credit will be issued upon acceptance of the returned items. This will allow you to purchase a different size, colour or a completely different product. 

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 


Once your return is received, inspected and approved then a refund will be processed promptly via your original method of payment.

You will be notified via email should your return not be approved.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • any item that is returned more than 14 days after ordering.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
